Radio Groups Information

• There are many groups in Berkeley and the Bay Area that sponsor regular activities, including:
  • Northern Alameda County Amateur Radio Emergency Services Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Services
  • American Red cross Bay Area
• Participate in radio “nets” (most organizations sponsor weekly radio “check-ins”). Nets allow you to practice good communication with others
